Information you give us on this website

When you use the contact form, we collect your name, email address and message. We use it only to reply to you. The form is protected by Cloudflare Turnstile to block spam, and the message is delivered to us by email through Resend. We do not sell this information or use it for advertising.

Information collected automatically

This website is hosted on Cloudflare. Cloudflare processes standard technical data, such as IP address and browser type, to deliver and secure the site. We do not run advertising pixels or analytics trackers on this website.

Advertising platform data (Meta and others)

We manage advertising accounts on behalf of our clients, with their permission. To do this, we use our own Meta app and the Meta Marketing API, along with similar tools from other platforms such as Google Ads.

• What we access: the ad accounts, Pages, pixels and campaign data that our clients have granted to our business. This includes campaign settings, ad creative and aggregated performance reports.
• How we use it: only to create, manage, measure and report on our clients' advertising.
• What we don't do: our Meta app does not offer Facebook Login to the public and does not collect personal data from Facebook or Instagram users. We do not sell platform data, share it with other parties, or use it for any purpose other than the client work it was granted for.
• Storage: we keep platform data only as long as needed to deliver and report on the client's campaigns, then delete it.

Leads that people submit through our clients' websites or ad forms belong to our clients and are handled under each client's own privacy policy.

Service providers

We use trusted providers to run this business, including Cloudflare (hosting and security), Resend (email delivery), Google Workspace (email) and the advertising platforms our clients use. Some are based outside Canada, so information may be processed in other countries, including the United States.

Your choices and rights

Security

We use access controls, encrypted connections and limited account permissions to protect information. No method is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable steps to keep data safe.
